The Connection Between Internet Porn And Child Sex Trafficking

Several years ago I posted an audio interview with Partrick Trueman on pornography, prostitution and child sex trafficking. I met Mr. Trueman, former Chief of the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Criminal Division, U. S. Department of Justice, face-to-face in Washington, D.C. for the taped interview. The stories he shared in that interview made a case for a clear connection between forced sexual slavery and the internet porn industry.

Sometimes, however, words aren’t enough. We need more. 

Chris Johnson sent me this music video by Mr. J. Medeiros and it has haunted me. As the description on YouTube states, this is hip-hop take on how the Philippines has been “victimized by Human Trafficking. It was directed by Sam Sanchez of Stick Productions in 2006. It has inspired an international human rights movement called the “Constance Campaign.” Mr. J spearheaded the movement and has partnered with Non-Profit’s like HumanTrafficking.org.”

The lyrics are haunting. 

he’s about to turn six into six thousand
and all you have to do is click on your web browser
its not illegal to use raping as a cash crop
as long as it says she’s 18 on your laptop

And it’s happening under our noses here in the U.S. as well. What will you do with this information?

  1. Please think about the still missing innocent and very vulnerable British child-Madeleine McCann, who is only 8-years-old. As you already know Madeleine disappeared from Portugal in May 2007.   5. A very moving song & video…I’m positive that the vast majority of people watching online porn (as well as other sources) have not taken the time to make the connection from “willing” to “forced” subject.

    This coming Summer/Fall I’ll be bicycling across the country to raise awareness and raise funds for the victims of human trafficking. I’ll be scheduling speaking engagements along the way, giving what I hope to be a life-changing presentation to those listening. This aspect of human trafficking will definitely be one that I cover in detail. Thank you for bringing this aspect of human trafficking up on your site!

    • There is a fear thet the missing British Child-Madeleine McCann might be a victim of child trafficking. Madeleine, as you know is only 8-years-old. she disappeared from Portugal in May 2007.     That music video was so touching. I just clips of “The Dancing Boys of Afghanistan” on youtube and my heart is torn. Child sex slavery needs to stop! I am so disgusted that there are such evil people in this world seeking to exploit innocent children.

  8. I am not sure how to respond to this. I do a lot of reading on a myriad of subjects somehow slave trade came up. This is some messed up offal. Troglodytes of the modern age subject to their own flesh instinct. This has been going on for thousands of years and yet people with all of their technology only find a way to further destroy their craving of the lack of love toward themselves and others. From perspective to perspective, one does realize the legality of marriage country to country of what age is appropriate. In definitive laws I have found anywhere from 14 to 21 years old, some with parental consent etc. This just shows the backwater mentality these people have. I know people in their 40s that for the love should never had mated with another soul, let alone someone that is developmentally not in their full adulthood. Are these people simply disabled in that they don’t realize that mating with such a young child has no sense? Mentally most people don’t fully understand sexual relations until the average age of about 30. Why would anyone put such a instance on a child. It makes me sick of this lowly planet. How long is it until these people of the flesh will survive? What did Rorschach say about the gutter of a city in the recent movie “watchmen”? Was that not a full description of the people in this world? Behind closed doors these people and their porn and their adultery their lust for evil, which is the lack of love. We need no god or deity to destroy ourselves as people, looking at this is just another tally to prove humanity is set on destroying themselves. Our Armageddon will be of our own doing. Next time you start blaming God about your problems start looking at yourself and the crap that your neighbor pulls. Maybe people are the problem.

    I will just go to work and go home everyday until the day I get to go to the next level. This ignorance is too much to fix.
